FAQs
Do you ship to my location?
The store you are currently on (runescapemerch.com) only
ships to the USA & Canada.
Please visit runescapemerch.co if you are based anywhere else.
Unfortunately, neither store can ship to Russia or Brazil.
When do I pay for pre-orders? At the time of ordering? Or when it ships?
All pre-orders are charged at the time of ordering to avoid credit card or bank account surprises in future.
How can I find out what the shipping costs will be for my order?
All shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed as you go through the checkout process. You can also use our shipping calculator on the shopping cart page to estimate shipping costs to your address.
I’m based in Canada. Will I have to pay any customs or import duties?
Orders from this store ship from the USA. For customers ordering to Canada, packages may be subject to customs and import duties. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.
I see that the RuneScape merch store has two websites, which should I use?
RuneScape Merch operates two web stores, which correspond to our two warehouses:
- runescapemerch.com (with an ‘m’) for US and Canada-based customers (US warehouse)
- runescapemerch.co (without an ‘m’) for all other territories (UK warehouse)
The websites should automatically redirect site visitors from one to the other if they visit the wrong site. This is important, because if you try to order from the incorrect site, you may be charged significantly higher shipping fees, as well as customs duties.
Orders shipping to Canada from this store may still face customs duties, as these ship from the US. These extra fees are beyond our control, and may require further research by the customer.
If you use a VPN, this may confuse the geo redirect, so please ensure you are using the correct website if you plan on purchasing something.
How long are your pre-order windows typically?
Unless we explicitly state otherwise, we don’t operate pre-order windows that finish on a particular date.
